Refund policy

Work in Canada Programs (for international youth participating in a program in Canada)

Upon payment, SWAP programs are non-refundable. Exceptions apply when the applicant is not accepted on a program or when cancellation occurs due to serious personal illness or death of an immediate family member and there will be an administration fee of 25% retained by SWAP. Official documentation will be required in these circumstances.

If a visa has been refused due to the applicant missing deadlines, or not supplying IRCC with the correct documents, no refund will be available from SWAP.

SWAP Abroad Programs (For Canadian youth participating on international programs):

Upon payment, SWAP programs are non-refundable. Exceptions apply when the applicant is not accepted on a program or when cancellation occurs due to serious personal illness or death of an immediate family member and there will be an administration fee of $150 retained by SWAP. Official documentation will be required in these circumstances.
